RAIDER ICEBERG LETTUCE
Exceptionally soft iceberg lettuce with crunchy and deliciously sweet leaves. Raider is one of our favourite crops known for showing strong field tolerance to bolting and is well-suited for warm weather production. This beauty shows nice dark green, round heads with smooth ribs and a large core diameter.
Iceberg lettuce is a variety of lettuce with crisp leaves which grows in a spherical head resembling a cabbage. The leaves on the outside tend to be green and the leaves in the centre go from pale yellow to nearly whitish as you move closer and closer to the centre of the head with the sweetest leaves in the centre of the head.
